Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected on this site is T&T Group Properties, a team of real estate consultants within the KW Alfa Lisboa Market Center, which carries out real estate brokerage under licence AMI 25805, issued to KW Alfa Lisboa. The team does not hold its own brokerage licence.

2. What we collect

The data you send us in the forms: name, phone, email, property address or area and your message. With each request we also record the page where you made it, the page where you entered the site, the property and the language, so we can reply on the right subject.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation also goes through the services of Meta Platforms, Inc., under WhatsApp’s privacy policy. We use these conversations only to answer your request and follow up.

3. Why we use your data

To answer your request and provide the service you ask for: property information, viewings, valuations, rentals or rental management. The legal bases are the pre-contractual steps taken at your request and the consent you give when you send the form. Where there is a contract, we also process the data needed to meet the legal obligations of real estate brokerage.

We do not send marketing without your consent and we do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the last contact. Clients with a contract: for as long as tax and commercial law requires, up to 10 years after the contract ends.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand over your data for commercial purposes. It may only be shared with:

• the Keller Williams Portugal network (KW Alfa Lisboa and other KW agents), which the team belongs to, to share properties and requests, always to answer what you asked us;
• the providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting (Hostinger), email and client management system;
• the authorities, where the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its use and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. Just write to ttgroup@kwportugal.pt or call +351 913 066 964. We reply within 30 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD, at www.cnpd.pt.

7. Cookies

This site does not use cookies or advertising tools. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not track individual visitors: it only shows us totals, such as the number of visits, the most viewed pages, the country and the referring site. To know which page you arrived on, that information is kept in your browser only during your visit (session storage), is deleted when you close the tab and is only sent to us when you make a request or tap the WhatsApp or phone buttons. For those taps we record only the page, the property and the language, without personal data. On property pages, the map only loads if you tap "Show on map": it is then provided by Google (Google Maps), which may use its own cookies.
