Services of renting management
Drafting and delivery of the leasing contract in the Tax office;
Issue, charge and control of the rental receipts;
Quarterly issue of document with the total amount of rentals charged;
Support in the tax payment, fees, insurance charges and other expenses related to the property;
Proceedings with tenants and warrantors to pay rentals that are delayed (judicial proceeding for eviction is not included);
Property inspections;
